What should I expect of a session?
If it's an outdoor session we will begin your session immediately at the time listed above so please be on time. . If it is an indoor session, Jenni usually needs 30 minutes to set up and will be at your home to set up at the session time and will start the photography shortly after.
Be ready to have lots of fun. Jenni is high energy and will keep things running smoothly. Jenni will take care of prompting children to get the expressions you want. Please refrain from telling them to smile as we do not want a fake cheesy smile and when you tell the child to smile their 'real' smile, they think they are doing what you want with the big cheesy one. Please, whatever you do, avoid scolding your child. Jenni has seen everything and wants this to be a fun session for your child. The words 'no' and 'don't' are very negative and should be avoided during your session. Again we stress, Jenni has seen it all so don't be at all worried if your child mis-behaves a little. Jenni has lots of experience coaxing out the perfect expressions.

How do I view the images from my session?
Be sure everyone involved in the decision making is going to be at this appointment. If for any reason everyone is unable to attend, please call to reschedule. On the day of your image viewing, Jenni will bring your images on laptop with a projector and screen so you can enjoy the full experience and see your images in the appropriate size. The first time you watch the images set to music sit back and enjoy, no need for decisions yet. After you have viewed the show once (or some people prefer twice!)you will look through each image one at a time and decide if it's a 'yes' 'no' or 'maybe' and narrow it down to your final images for ordering.
Because of the time it takes to select your images we are only able to able to do one image viewing per session so if everyone who needs to make decisions can not be present, please do not hesitate to reschedule!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are all carefully custom enhanced and perfected before they are sent for printing. Orders normally take 30 days to completion. Custom products and albums require longer. Your order will be mailed to you as soon as it is complete and we will follow up with you a few days after that to be sure everything is perfect! If your order includes a wall portrait, Jenni will make an appointment with you to come and help you hang it in the desired location.

Do you have an incentive program if I refer family and friends to you?
Included in your order will be some wallets of your session with our information on them for you to hand out to family and friends who inquire to who photographed your session. When you refer a new client to us using the card and they schedule a session we will thank you with a FREE 8x10 portrait from your next session. We will mail you a card so you don't forget. We will also gift your friend with a FREE 8x10 portrait from their first session with us.

What is your travel radius from Peoria?
We are happy to travel anywhere in the world to create the perfect images for you! No travel charges within 2 hours of Peoria for weddings and 1 hour for other types of sessions.

How much do you charge?
Weddings start at $2400 for all inclusive packages.
Packages for family, couples and children's sessions start at $199

Where do you take indoor sessions?
We bring the studio to you! Lights, backgrounds and props. We will transform your livingroom into a studio! This is SO much easier for you than taking your family to a traditional studio!

How long have you been a photographer and do you have any training?
I attended one of the best photography schools in the country, Hawkeye Community College from 1997-1999. I worked for a studio in Iowa for 1 1/2 years before starting my own very successful business in 2002. We relocated to Peoria in 2009 so I am starting over but have a lot of experience in what I do.
