Jenni, you did an awesome job and my family was very impressed with you. Thank you so much for your calmnesand flexibility when taking the photos. With the number of people involved, getting the photos taken could have started the party off in a terrible direction. I am sorry it's taken me so long to reply since we received our guestbook. Words cannot describe the amount of joy I experienced when I opened the package! Tonia did a fabulous job on re-creating my image of this book in the fall theme! I couldn't have done it better had I created it myself and sent her the fall images! The beauty of it is that I didn't have to! She made my vision a realty all on her own!
Thank you so much to both of you for making our special guest book a one of a kind tailored book to fit our fall in love wedding theme! I know we will recieve many comments on how original and beautiful it is!

I wanted to share my experience with Jenni. Over 8 years ago, I swore off pictures of my three boys. Every year from the time they were born, I had professional pictures of them. It was always a hassle and I always had to settle for the best of the worst picture. The last time I had pictures taken, I left the studio so mad at my boys for not cooperating that I locked them out of the house and said "Never again". I never had the family portrait and always wanted one so I decided after an 8 year absence it was time. I called Jenni and she assured me things would go well. She came to our house and proceeded to take the most beautiful pictures even including our dog who I thought would never sit still. She took family shots, shots of the boys and individual shots of each of my guys. I was shocked at how at ease she had all of us and was truly amazed at how she handled each of my boys. They are not fond of pictures but the experience was so great we had Jenni back in the fall for more shots. It was the first time I actually had to pick from beautiful proofs instead of the best of the worst.

Convenience is what started our use of your services but now there is a huge list of reasons why we continue to use you for our pictures- which includes your great personality! During a session I am always worried that there will not be the perfect picture that I have set in my mind- but Jenni goes above and beyond with great ideas and a lot of patience to get that perfect picture that I expect-this time I loved that she just let Kamden do his thing so he wouldn't get mad- this really helped catch the real Kamden!
We have recommended you to many family and friends- we just tell the truth! If your photos are as important to you as they are to us, you would not want to trust anyone other than Jenni! Our pictures are always better than we expect! And everyone that has used Jenni that we have recommended her to are all very happy- just like us!!! Plus now she has this great photo editor that can do miracles with our photos- including get the best smile my husband has onto the best picture or edit dirt off of Kamden's face and even change the color of your shirt!!! It amazes me!
Thank you for sharing the first year of Kamden's life with us- we are so fortunate to have such great photos that we will treasure for the rest of his life! I wish I had bigger walls to display them all!

I think this time I had done a little more research on what poses I would like to do. I almost didn't show them , because I didn't want to offend Jenni, or limit her creativity. Eventually I did, and Jenni was so open and willing - actually excited about trying something new and different. It was really great.
Our photographs are stunning. The things that were retouched just make the photographs that much more beautiful. We love them. Marty shows them to everyone who dares to cross our doorstep!

We loved that Jenni pretty much took the stress away from us at the wedding. She was very organized and knew what she was doing, but she was also very flexible. We didn't have to worry about the photos and that was a BIG relief! I liked that Jenni and her team made it fun! The pictures were creative and not just stiff, stuffy wedding and engagement portraits like we sometimes see. There were several awesome candid shots that we didn't even know about until we got our proofs back. We had several comments from family and friends during and after the wedding about Heirloom and everyone thought the pictures were interesting, fun and really showed our personalities.

I really want to thank you for mailing the photos to me. I will have to tell you why. On January 2, my dear husband, Dave, had a heart attack. The paramedics revived him, but he never again regained conciousness. I had to make the decision to remove him from life support on the 11th, but he kept on breathing until he died on January 15. He had suffered severe brain damage because he was over eight minutes without oxygen. You have no idea how much these pictures mean to me. I had already used the first 50 that I ordered initially. Then when this happened, some of his friends gave me a card with $230 in it. This was while he was still in the hospital. I ordered those cards to give to them so that they could have something to remember him by. It meant so much that I got them so promptly and was able to give them to his friends.
Thank you so much, Jenni, for taking such wonderful pictures of us. I will always treasure them so. Thank you for being such a good friend, too.
